Welcome to Focus Contract. Focus Contract is developed and operated by Beijing Freeshore Technology Co., Ltd. We understand the importance of your personal information and will take appropriate security measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to do our best to keep your personal information secure and under control.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use Focus Contract products or services, and how you may manage your personal information. Please read and fully understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using our products or services.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Focus Contract app, the official website, and related products and services. If any of our products or services use third-party services, those third parties may separately explain their own rules for processing personal information, and we recommend that you also review those rules.
To provide focus management, account login, membership services, troubleshooting, and related functions, we may collect and use necessary information in the following scenarios:
This information is used to complete account registration, login, account binding, identity verification, account security protection, and after-sales support.
This information is used to maintain stable service operation, identify and diagnose issues, optimize product experience, conduct necessary data analysis, and support security risk control.
The above information is used only to provide the focus features that you actively choose to use, and not for purposes unrelated to those features.
After you enable notification permission, we may send you messages related to focus plans, status reminders, and service notifications. You can disable notification permission at any time in your device system settings.
When you use features such as saving screenshots, we may access the system photo library or save images to the photo library after obtaining your authorization, solely to complete the save or sharing action you initiate. Refusing this permission will not affect the use of other core features.
When you activate membership, purchase a subscription, or make a payment, we may collect order- and transaction-related information, such as product information, order number, payment status, subscription status, and expiration time, in order to complete the transaction, grant benefits, process refunds, or provide after-sales support.
Because some versions of Focus Contract may include features or third-party services that are subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules, when the system displays a tracking permission prompt, only after you expressly authorize tracking may we use the following information to measure promotion effectiveness, analyze user acquisition sources, evaluate feature reach, or optimize the membership paywall flow:
If you decline tracking authorization, we will not carry out cross-app or cross-website tracking based on that authorization, and this will not affect the normal use of core features such as focus, login, and subscription purchase. You can also turn off or change this authorization at any time in iOS system settings.
In the current version, we do not collect location information or device sensor information unrelated to the core functions of Focus Contract without obtaining your separate consent. If we add related features in the future and need to process such information, we will explain this to you separately and obtain the corresponding authorization before doing so.
Except in the following circumstances, we will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent:
If the current version does not request or obtain your tracking authorization, we will not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) or any other identifiable identifier to track you across apps or websites, nor will we use your personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
If you expressly agree to tracking authorization in the system prompt, we may combine device identifiers, account identifiers, page visit records, event behavior data, and subscription conversion-related information to measure promotion effectiveness, analyze user acquisition sources, and optimize the membership paywall flow; without your express authorization, we will not conduct the foregoing tracking activities.
The analytics, crash monitoring, and subscription services we use are intended to enable product functionality, maintain service stability, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user experience, and they will process relevant information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and Apple's platform rules.
To support certain features, service stability, and payment experience, we may integrate third-party services or SDKs. The actual services enabled may vary depending on the version and feature scenario, and we will strive to limit such use to what is necessary.
| Third-Party Service / SDK | Primary Purpose | Types of Information That May Be Processed |

The foregoing third-party services or SDKs will process relevant information in accordance with their own rules. We recommend that you also review the relevant third parties' privacy policies or terms of service for more complete information about their processing practices.
If any of the foregoing third-party services involve "tracking" as defined by Apple in specific scenarios, we will only conduct the relevant processing after obtaining your express authorization and in accordance with the principle of minimum necessity.
Except as otherwise required by laws and regulations, we do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor do we use it for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking.
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor, you should read and decide whether to agree to this Privacy Policy under the guidance of your guardian, and use our products or services only after obtaining your guardian's consent. If we discover that we have collected a minor's personal information without guardian consent, we will delete it or otherwise handle it as required by law as soon as possible.
We may revise this Privacy Policy based on changes to product features, updates to laws and regulations, or operational needs. If revisions materially affect your rights and obligations, we will notify you through appropriate means such as page announcements, in-app pop-ups, or push notifications. The updated Privacy Policy will take effect once published.
